I'm excited to add microneedling to my offerings. Mcroneedling leverages the body’s natural desire to heal itself. Patricia will apply a microneedling pen to the treatment area, delivering tiny needle pricks that create microscopic channels in the skin. The skin responds to this slightly controlled damage by boosting collagen and elastin production in the area, ultimately healing and improving the overall quality. 4- 6 treatments are recommended. Results last 5 years.
Eden Energy Medicine
Energy medicine is the practice of tapping into your body's brilliant energy and mobilizing it for your health and well-being. As an Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, Pat's modern mind-body approach allows her to truly personalize sessions to her clients’ needs. Most energy modalities work with just one system. Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) is special because it utilizes 9 energetic systems, all wrapped up into one highly effective modality. Common concerns that Pat helps to address include: stress, sleep, anxiety, pain, physical ailments, emotional trauma, hormones, digestive issues, headaches, grief, feeling stuck or scattered, etc.
What to expect from MICRONEEDLING
MicroNeedling is a minimally invasive procedure that renews regenerates and strengthens skin. It treats and minimizing fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, scar tissue, lax skin, enlarged pores and more. 4-6 treatments are needed and are scheduled a month apart. You will receive high quality aftercare products to use after your session.
During this procedure, a small machine called a MicroNeedling pen and a onetime use detachable tip with 16 tiny sterile needles (or a Nano tip) is used to create controlled micro injuries in your skin called microchannels. These microchannels create a pathway for high quality, nourishing serums to penetrate the skin, creating the stimulation of your body’s immune response and collagen/elastin production. Although the thought of small needles piercing your skin may be concerning, these minimally invasive non-surgical treatments are among the most in-demand anti-aging treatments on the market today and are only mildly uncomfortable. The advantages of these treatments far outweigh any of the possible mild disadvantages. Remember, more collagen means smoother, softer and younger looking skin.
I use an automated microneedling tool that offers a high-speed motor and adjustable depth settings. This allows me to tailor the treatment to your exact needs. After a single microneedling session, the treated skin will begin to produce additional collagen and elastin, with visible improvements in 2 to 6 weeks.
An additional advantage of receiving microneedling in my office is that you will may also receive the "Tune-up" acupuncture session which is a wonderful treatment that decreases stress and improves immunity. Microneedling is NOT insurance reimbursable.
What to expect from an EEM Session
Step 1: Identify Your Needs & Goals
We discuss whatever has been bothering you physically, mentally, emotionally and/or spiritually. I listen and help connect the dots to help identify your needs and goals.
Step 2: Assess Your Energy Systems
Based on the needs and goals we have identified, I assess your energy systems through applied kinesiology (energy testing through a muscle) and find out how the systems are functioning. This assessment informs how I approach the energy treatment.
Step 3: Energy Treatment
I use various techniques to help reconnect or restore proper flow to your energy systems, which may involve postures, tapping, gentle laying of hands, and stimulating energy acupressure points.
Step 4: Home-Care Exercises
You will receive personalized home-care exercises that can be done in 10 minutes or less each day. Home-care helps to anchor and continue the energy work beyond your sessions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Private sessions are conducted in a treatment room either laying or sitting on a massage table. All sessions are carried out fully clothed. Energy sessions are not a substitute for other forms of evaluation and treatment.
